Iziaslav or Izyaslav (Ukrainian: Ізяслав, pronounced /ɪ'ziəslʌv/; in English also spelled Zaslav or Zasław, pronounced /'zɑːsˌlʌv/ ) is one of the oldest cities in Volhynia. Situated on the Horyn river (Ukrainian: Горинь) in the Western Ukraine, the town dates back to the 11th century.
