In Lviv region of Ukraine the Security Service arrested a man who anonymously reported on the mining of the Cultural Centre in the town Novy Razdol.
On January, 27 an anonymous report on mining of the Cultural Centre was received by the call centre of the police department of Novorazdolskiy district. In addition the attacker made no demands.
Operative investigation group from the staff of the Security Service, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Interior Ministry has evacuated more than 200 people - employees and visitors to the Cultural Centre, as well as the residents of adjacent houses. Examining the Cultural Centre and the surrounding areas, experts found no explosive devices.
An hour later the officers of the Security Service of Ukraine in Lviv region identified the attacker - "Miner",- which was 23-year-old resident of Novy Razdol, informs UNIAN.
The detainee stated that he had no intentions of a terrorist nature, just "wanted to test the responsiveness of law enforcement".
On materials of the Security Service of Ukraine, the police opened a criminal case against the attacker according to the Part 1 Art. 296 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
For such a phone "joke" the hooligan faces a fine ranging from 8,5 to 17 thousand hryvnia. In addition, the law provides for imprisonment for up to 6 months, or restraint of liberty for up to 5 years.
