It is known that in Ukraine there are hundreds of wrongdoing by those who had to guard, said the Commander.The lawyers consider innovations to be positive, but they fear misconducts by the security guards. "It's a matter of quality staff within the limits of the subject of security activity. Certainly, someone could abuse this law", - warned the lawyer Yaroslav Oleynik. It is noteworthy that with the introduction of a new law, an opinion appeared that the shooting in a supermarket "Caravan" was no more than a re-enactment of security agencies, so that they were given the right to carry weapons. This was stated by Lavrentiy Kuhaleyshvili, the lawyer Yaroslav Mazurok's wife, suspected of killing three guards. "Here in Ukraine there are 5000 security agencies that are interested in this. Previously only the State Security Service had the right to carry weapons, but its service is expensive.
