KIEV, February 10. Central Election Commission of Ukraine has not yet received data from one polling station, which prevents pre-announce the final results of the voting in the second round of presidential elections, told CEC member Michael Ohendovsky to the reporters on Tuesday.

The meeting of the Precinct Electoral Commission is scheduled for Wednesday at nine o'clock, Ohendovsky said, expressing hope that the commission will be able to reach agreement in the morning.

KIEV, February, 9. The Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Lytvyn calls Yulia Tymoshenko to recognize the victory of Viktor Yanukovych in the presidential elections, reports the online edition "Ukrainian News".
"The result is principal and obvious: this is the victory of Viktor Yanukovych. And this fact, I think, must accept all, first of all, his rival Yulia Tymoshenko," - the speaker said in an interview with TV channel "Inter".

In Lviv region of Ukraine the Security Service arrested a man who anonymously reported on the mining of the Cultural Centre in the town Novy Razdol.
On January, 27 an anonymous report on mining of the Cultural Centre was received by the call centre of the police department of Novorazdolskiy district. In addition the attacker made no demands.
Operative investigation group from the staff of the Security Service, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Interior Ministry has evacuated more than 200 people - employees and visitors to the Cultural Centre, as well as the residents of adjacent houses. Examining the Cultural Centre and the surrounding areas, experts found no explosive devices.
An hour later the officers of the Security Service of Ukraine in Lviv region identified the attacker - "Miner",- which was 23-year-old resident of Novy Razdol, informs UNIAN.
The detainee stated that he had no intentions of a terrorist nature, just "wanted to test the responsiveness of law enforcement".
On materials of the Security Service of Ukraine, the police opened a criminal case against the attacker according to the Part 1 Art. 296 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
For such a phone "joke" the hooligan faces a fine ranging from 8,5 to 17 thousand hryvnia. In addition, the law provides for imprisonment for up to 6 months, or restraint of liberty for up to 5 years. |

KIEV, More than 500 thousand of artickles of storage - archival documents, books, art, memorial monuments, archaeological objects - have been returned to Ukraine since its independence.

"It's been 10 years of a serious way in the formation of public policy on the return of cultural property", - said the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine Vladislav Kornienko, noting that the key defining feature of the State control service is a big, serious exploratory work on the return cultural values on the territory of our state - in museums, archives, library funds.

Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko signed a decree on the events dedicated to 150th anniversary (in 2011) since the death of Taras Shevchenko and his reburial in Ukraine.

KIEV, February 1. Ukrainian presidential candidate Viktor Yanukovych will not come to a declared televised debate with his opponent, Yulia Tymoshenko, said a deputy of the Party of Regions, led by Yanukovych, Anna Herman at a press conference on Monday.
According to the fifth part of the Article 62 of the Law "On elections of President of Ukraine," a televised debate should be held five days before the second voting between 19.00 and 22.00 on the air at the First National Channel of the National Television Company of Ukraine. The debates are financed by funds allocated from the state budget for the election of the president.
