Due to the shortage of flour and buckwheat, city authorities decided to open 20 special shops where you can buy these products at discounted prices.
According to the decision of the mayor's office each of ten districts of the capital must have two shops and two markets, where buckwheat be sold for 18.99 gryvnias and flour for 3-4,50 hryvnias, wrote "Segodnya"
Currently, 2 such shops have been opened in Podolsk district and one in Solomenskiy.
In addition, city authorities offers to buy buckwheat and flour at affordable price at trade fairs which are held periodically in each district of Kiev.
