The company RosUkrEnergo AG (Switzerland) demands from the National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz Ukraine" to compensate the damages in the amount of 5.4 billion dollars.
In the Court of Arbitration in the Chamber of Commerce in Stockholm (Sweden) the hearings to review the dispute were held, where RosUkrEnergo reiterated its demands. The spokesman Andrew Knutov reported about that.
The decision of Stockholm arbitration court is expected before August 2010.
Earlier it was reported that NAC "Naftogaz Ukraine" considers the possibility of signing a settlement agreement with RosUkrEnergo and compensate to RosUkrEnergo 11 billion of cubic meters of gas in the commodity terms.
However, Swiss company is not satisfied with this.
