MOSCOW, April 19. Russia is ready to buy Ukrainian sugar produced from sugar beets.
This was said by the Agriculture Minister of Russian Federation Elena Skrynnik today in Moscow after talks with the Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine Mykola Prysiazhniuk, reports the correspondent of UKRINFORM in Russia.
"We import sugar, the most important thing for us is that sugar, which is imported from the territory of Ukraine, was produced from sugar beets, and not from raw sugar", - said E. Skrynnik.
E. Skrynnik noted that this issue was discussed with Ukrainian side, and expressed confidence that in the nearest future the forecasted balance sheets, including on sugar will be signed.
"In this case we will speak about the importation of sugar," - she said. |
